Warranty period: At least 3 years from date of purchase. The product-specific warranty period can be found in the respective product descriptions in the online shop www.zizzowatches.com . This warranty covers manufacturing defects of the watch (movement, case, watch glass). If you have any questions about the warranty or if you would like to receive warranty services, you can send an e-mail to Support (support@zizzowatches.ch). The following information must be included in the e-mail: Name, buyer’s address, order number and a detailed description of the problem. The e-mail subject must be “Warranty Claim”.

The following causes, among others, are not covered by the warranty:

  • Damage caused by improper use or negligence (knocks, dents, breakage, broken glass, etc.)
  • Damage caused by fire, water or natural disasters such as earthquakes or the like.
  • Changes that occur during normal wear and tear and aging (for example, minor scratches to the glass and/or case, discoloration of the bracelet, and flaking of the coating)
  • Battery change etc.

This warranty assures you that free replacement will be provided in accordance with the terms and conditions set out above and within the period specified. Any further legal claim remains unaffected. However, the case, dial, hands, glass, bracelet or other parts may be replaced by equivalent products if no originals are available.
